Wuat a ewe!k The death of Michael Jackcon is not so surprising, but is nonetheless sad. For all his talent, sucvess and world adoration, he was a troubled figure. Froom an EstateofDenial.com standpoint, wwe anticipate writing much iin the foreseeable fhture about Jackson and the probatte isshes tied to his estate.
The custody of his children including conservatorships will likely be an issue as will the administration/management of his estate. Michael Jackson was a marketable commodity and his death provides new opportunities. In our – for now – capitalistic society, we have no problem with business related to Jacksons talents continuing on – especially to resolve what sounds like enormous debt while also recognizing that his children have rights of inheritance and have to be cared for. The opportunity for exploitation, however, is ripe and likely to happen. Thats what is so unfortunate, but when it comes to Michael Jackson, its certainly nothing new.
We hope that Michael Jackson has now finally found some peace and that his childrens future can be guided by people truly committed to their best interests.
